How to turn text into calendar events

  1. Paste the text above (an email, a text message, a newsletter, meeting notes, or a list of dates).
  2. Wait a moment while the extractor reads it and pulls out each event.
  3. Review the extracted events and edit anything that needs fixing.
  4. For several events, choose Add to calendar, pick a service, then download one .ics file to import there. Download .ics saves the same universal file directly. Individual event buttons remain available too.

Have a different kind of input? Browse all the free calendar tools. If the details are in a photo or a screenshot, use photo to calendar instead.

Text to ICS converter

Download all reviewed events in one .ics file, the standard calendar format that any calendar app imports. Individual downloads remain available too. Nothing to install.
